Description:
Plans, organizes and oversees the day to day operations for Radiation Therapy. Maintains technical expertise to evaluate, instruct in the applicable modality. Assists director in ensuring compliance with accrediting and regulatory bodies. Creates effective working relationships with all stakeholders. Participates in performance improvement initiatives. Assumes authority and responsibility in the absence of the Director. Represents the radiation department at various meetings and committees. Demostrates the spirit and values of CTCA.
Satisfactory completion of formal Radiation Therapy training in an AMA approved school and is registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology in Radiography, ARRT (R).
Current Arizona Medical Technology Board of Examiners (MRTBE) license in good standing.
Minimum of 1 year experience as a Supervisor or Lead Therapist
Must have strong clinical background. Strong communication skills.
