Cancer Treatment Centers of America (CTCA) at Western Regional Medical Center, located in Goodyear, Arizona, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner. In this fast-paced and critical role, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting and onboarding the quality candidates that we need to help our patients win the fight against cancer.

With your innovative approach to talent acquisition, leadership skills and strong drive for results, we will rely on you to:

Work closely with managers to assess and address hiring needs

Provide a full-circle recruiting process for each applicant

Conduct workforce research and analysis and present findings to hospital and talent leadership

Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) in talent/human resources, executive search or management consulting

10+ years of business experience

5 years of hands-on recruiting experience, both internal and external

3 years in a corporate, healthcare or consulting environment strongly preferred
